Senior Agency Sales Manager Salary : �70,282 – 73,981 Location: Farringdon Contract: Secondment 6 Months This role We’re looking for a confident and commercial focused leader to step into this six-month secondment to take ownership of the Agency Sales function, overseeing partnerships resales, MTVH resales, progression and open market resales. This is a key role within aftersales, responsible for driving performance, improving customer outcomes and supporting the continued development of each workstream. You’ll lead a front-end resales team and two managers, creating a positive, high-performing team culture that blends pace, accountability and customer support. Alongside team leadership, you’ll play a central role in improving the customer journey; identifying opportunities to streamline processes, find smarter ways of working and ensuring our service evolves in line with customer expectations and regulatory changes. You will also be responsible for strengthening and growing relationships with external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers and partners, while identifying opportunities to expand our offering. This role requires a strong awareness of compliance and the ability to operate confidently within a changing regulatory landscape, ensuring our services remain robust, consistent and customer focused. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in leading high-performing teams. Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to drive revenue and identify growth opportunities. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders. Experience identifying and delivering process improvements, with a focus on efficiency, consistency and customer outcomes. Confidence operating within a highly regulated environment, with a strong understanding of compliance and service standards. Experience managing budgets and delivering against financial and operational targets. Ability to operate at pace, prioritise effectively and deliver in a fast-moving, high-volume environment. Strong communication skills, with the confidence to represent the function and wider organisation both internally and externally.
