As an English Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective English lessons to secondary-aged students. You will work collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals to create a positive and nurturing learning environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Planning and delivering engaging English lessons tailored to the needs of individual students.
2. Assessing students’ progress and providing timely feedback.
3. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
4. Collaborating with colleagues to develop effective teaching strategies.
5. Contributing to the overall pastoral care of students.
Requirements:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Experience teaching English to secondary-aged students.
8. Passion for working with young people with SEMH needs.
9. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
