The Role
This role is responsible for delivering targeted, data‑driven digital marketing activity. You’ll shape PPC and paid social campaigns, enhance SEO performance, manage CMS content and support a wide range of assets across the digital ecosystem. The focus is on driving visibility, engagement and quality lead generation within the B2B tech landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage PPC activity across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising; support paid social.
* Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing and performance optimisation.
* Execute technical and on/off‑page SEO improvements to enhance visibility.
* Build and publish accurate, optimised website content via the CMS.
* Produce or support content for social media, blogs, landing pages and simple graphics.
* Manage LinkedIn and other B2B social channels, including scheduling and engagement.
* Support email marketing and automation workflows using platforms such as Pardot or Salesforce.
* Track KPIs, report on channel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in digital marketing within a B2B, tech or SaaS environment.
* Hands‑on PPC experience across Google and/or Microsoft platforms.
* Strong understanding of SEO across technical, content and link‑building areas.
* Experience publishing content through a CMS.
* Strong B2B copywriting and content skills.
* Confident with analytics tools, including GA4.
* Ability to produce or support simple visual content.
Advantageous
* Experience with Salesforce, Pardot or similar automation tools.
* Knowledge of CRO, user journeys and B2B lead‑gen funnels.
* Basic video content creation.
* Familiarity with HTML/CSS for small updates.
* Experience using generative AI tools for content support.
