We are looking to add an experienced Reception Administrator to our Business and Administration Team : supporting a fast paced, dynamic and innovative school.

The role is full time during school term Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

In This Role, You Will

Monitor and analyse student attendance data, identifying trends and areas of concern
Implement strategies to improve attendance, working closely with students, families and staff
Provide individual and group support to students facing attendance barriers
Conduct home visits and liaise with external agencies as needed
Develop and deliver programs promoting student well:being and positive school engagement
Work with parents/carers to address attendance issues, providing support or referring to external agencies as required
Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on attendance and welfare matters
Attend multi:agency safeguarding meetings (e.g., Child Protection Conferences, Core Group Meetings) and provide reports
Support staff training and awareness on safeguarding and child protection procedures

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

Experience of working with children and young people, ideally in a school or educational setting
Enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one
2 recent professional references
Eligibility to work in the UK
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and school database SIMS
A strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection policies
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem:solving skills
The ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues
