Report directly to the Commercial Director and participate in strategic decision-making.
Oversee financial efficiency, risk mitigation, and contractual compliance across all projects.
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
Strong commercial insight with the ability to manage multiple contracts.
