We are seeking a dedicated Commercial and Partnership Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth, United Kingdom. The role involves developing strategic partnerships, negotiating agreements, and supporting marketing initiatives to enhance our brand and revenue.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities aligned with business objectives.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brands, agencies, and strategic partners.
3. Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual value.
4. Monitor and assess partnership performance against KPIs and business goals.
5. Assist in creating commercial strategies to drive revenue and brand growth.
6. Develop business cases and proposals for new partnerships.
7. Support joint marketing initiatives, including events, content collaborations, and digital campaigns.
8. Ensure brand consistency across all partnership communications.
9. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
10. Analyze data to measure partnership effectiveness and recommend improvements.
11. Maintain strong relationships with existing partners for long-term collaboration.
12. Provide regular reports on partnership performance, ROI, and insights.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development, commercial strategy, or marketing, preferably in Motorsport/Endurance.
* Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
* Fluent in English and French; additional European languages are a plus.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Analytical mindset with data assessment capabilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and graphic programs (Adobe Suite).
* Excellent communication, presentation skills, and ability to work under pressure.
* Proven success in managing partnerships and commercial deals.
* Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings and events.
