MMP Consultancy is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor on behalf of a Local Authority based in Warwickshire. This is a temporary contract for 3 months subject to possible extension, with a rate of pay of £27.66ph umbrella over a 22.5 hour working week (3 days). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the council's homes and buildings are safe, compliant, well-maintained and continually improved - delivering real impact for residents and the community. The Stock Condition Surveyor will cover a full range of building surveying and project management duties, including stock condition assessments (HHSRS, EPC), planned and cyclical maintenance, and improvement projects across our housing stock and property portfolio. They will also ensure that all works meet the Council's statutory, regulatory and health and safety responsibilities. Responsibilities: Plan, specify, procure, manage and deliver a variety of planned works and cyclical maintenance projects across council assets.
