Salary Circa: £30,000 – £35,000 + Benefits + Bonus

POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Trade Marketing Executive & Copywriter, you will play a dual role at the heart of our marketing team – supporting B2B growth through targeted trade marketing strategies, while also crafting engaging content that brings the Fushi brand to life across digital and retail touchpoints.

Reporting to the CRM Manager, this is a key role in delivering compelling communications for retail partners, campaigns, customer loyalty initiatives, and product launches. You will collaborate cross-functionally with our design, digital, and sales teams to ensure every asset is both beautiful and impactful.

You will thrive in this role if you’re a creative storyteller with commercial awareness and a strong understanding of how to inspire and convert across trade and consumer channels.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Copywriting & Content Creation

• Write persuasive and engaging content for CRM campaigns, loyalty communications, newsletters, and press releases.

• Develop compelling product copy and editorial content that elevates brand storytelling.

• Provide copy direction for creative assets across website, social media, Amazon, and digital advertising.

• Optimise content for SEO, readability and conversion across all customer-facing platforms.


2. Trade Marketing & B2B Campaign Execution

• Create B2B marketing materials including product guides, sell-in decks, POS collateral, and trade newsletters.

• Support new product launches with go-to-market messaging tailored for retail partners.

• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver impactful trade promotions and seasonal marketing initiatives.

• Maintain consistency of brand voice and visuals across all trade partner touchpoints.


3. Multi-Channel Marketing Support

• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, paid social and content channels.

• Implement A/B testing and content personalisation strategies within CRM flows (e.g. Klaviyo).

• Track campaign performance and engagement, generating reports with actionable insights.

• Work with CRM and digital teams to enhance messaging across the customer journey.


KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

• 2+ years’ experience in trade marketing, content writing, CRM or digital marketing – ideally within the beauty, wellness or FMCG sectors.

• Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities – able to tailor messaging to suit B2B and B2C audiences.

• Commercial understanding of retail marketing strategies – including launches, promotions, and shopper behaviour.

• Strong experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) and an understanding of segmentation and retention.

• Proficient in managing Amazon and other retail platforms from a brand storytelling perspective.

• Collaborative mindset – comfortable working across design, sales, and digital teams.

• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organised – with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

• A passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and purpose-driven brands.

Success in this role means delivering copy that not only looks and sounds like Fushi – but performs like it too. You will be a creative, commercial voice for the brand, able to move seamlessly between retail and digital environments. Your ability to collaborate, create, and convert will make you a trusted partner to sales, digital, and marketing – and a key contributor to growing awareness, loyalty, and revenue.


PERFORMANCE METRICS (KPIs)

• Trade Campaign Conversion Rates – impact of retail campaigns on sell-in/sell-through.

• Email CTR and CVR – engagement from CRM and loyalty content.

• Content Accuracy and Turnaround Time – quality and speed of copy delivery.

• Retail Partner Feedback – effectiveness and clarity of B2B materials.

• SEO Keyword Impact – contribution to organic search visibility.
