About The Role
Job Purpose To coordinate the delivery of HR administrative support across the BrewDog People function, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day processes. Acting as a key point of contact for general people and system queries, you will maintain high standards of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance, while fostering a positive employee experience through every interaction. Key Result Area / Principal Duties & Responsibilities
HR Administration & Systems Support
1. Support the day-to-day management of the HR ticketing system, responding to employee and system-related queries and escalating where necessary.
2. Provide general HR administrative support across the People function.
3. Maintain accurate employee records in people systems and digital files,
4. Assist in resolving system-related issues and escalate technical queries as needed.
5. Process contract changes and associated documentation.
6. Job Description Management
7. Manage and maintain the job description database, ensuring records are up to date and correctly formatted.
8. Identify and flag missing job descriptions or discrepancies in job titles and formatting.
9. Support the People team by keeping documentation organised and accessible in line with internal standards and GDPR compliance.
10. Oversee and manage crew enrolment for staff discounts and travel systems, including handling all related follow-up queries.
11. Manage and maintain the job description database, ensuring records are up to date and correctly formatted, identifying and flagging any discrepancies.
Onboarding & Offboarding
12. Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including system access setup, welcome communications, and delivery of key information.
13. Organise and facilitate regular HQ inductions, ensuring all new starters are enrolled and engaged.
14. Conduct right-to-work checks and resolve issues within the checking system.
15. Manage the offboarding process, including reference checks, exit coordination, and timely removal from systems.
Absence & Probation Management
16. Coordinate absence management processes, ensuring timely completion of return-to-work forms and Bradford Factor calculations.
17. Monitor absence patterns and escalate concerns to People Advisors.
18. Track and coordinate probation review completions, ensuring timely follow-up.
Recruitment & Candidate Support
19. Assist with recruitment administration, including responding to system queries and directing candidates to the careers page.
General Support
20. Support People Plan projects and monthly tasks as required.
21. Provide occasional cover for reception duties, ensuring a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience.
