This is very much a new business role ideal for someone who is proactive, commercially driven, and enjoys being out in the market building relationships and generating opportunities.
Not a typical hospitality hire. The team is open to candidates from luxury, property, private aviation, financial services, or other high-end, relationship-led sales environments.
The role:
* Driving new business and revenue growth
* Building your own pipeline through outreach, networking and relationships
* Working closely with high-value clients and senior stakeholders
* Supporting a small team and leading from the front

* Strong background in B2B sales / business development
* Naturally proactive and target-driven
* Proven at winning and closing new business
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, commercial environment
