CreekConnect – Supporting Western Sydney’s Growth! With you, we are altogether stronger, in building the future we want. About the Role: Develop and deliver community and stakeholder engagement plans, ensuring compliance with required protocols and standards Identify and manage community and stakeholder risks, working with internal teams and contractors to minimise impacts Prepare and distribute clear, high-quality communication materials such as letters, emails, and newsletters Engage directly with community members, stakeholders, and property owners through meetings, site visits, and outreach activities Manage enquiries and complaints, including tracking, reporting, and resolving issues in line with procedures Support reporting, engagement activities, and continuous improvement to maintain strong relationships and protect organisational reputation About you: Minimum 4 years’ experience in community and stakeholder engagement, with knowledge of or training in IAP2 principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging diverse stakeholders and community members Experience in community or stakeholder engagement, ideally within infrastructure, government, or project environments Ability to manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail Skilled in handling sensitive issues, complaints, and conflict with professionalism and sound judgement Proactive team player who collaborates effectively and works independently when required Many of our projects are not accessible via public transport and require travel between and within active construction sites.
