Castlefield Recruitment are currently recruiting a Leasehold Property Manager for a regional Housing Association on an initial 6 week contract with possibility of extension. The role pays between £24 - £26 per hour umbrella and offers flexible working between working from home, office attendance and travelling to conduct property visits.
The role:
* Manage Right to Buy applications, and subsequent dispute queries and appeals
* Carry out fraud checks to prevent fraudulent home ownership applications
* Deliver all leasehold management functions
* Work through full section 20 process
The person:
* Experience of leasehold or property management
* Experience of section 20 process
* Ability to understand and apply policies
* Ability to investigate evidence to inform decision making
* Clean UK drivers license
