About the Role
You'll be working with locally sourced, seasonal ingredients to create fresh daytime dishes and contribute to a menu built around creativity, comfort, and quality. This is a hands-on role with genuine input - not a place where you simply follow a script.

Job Description
As a Chef, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality daytime food using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. You'll work in a brand-new kitchen, preparing lunch dishes, baked goods, and event menus - with plenty of opportunity to bring your own ideas to the table.
Responsibilities include:
* Preparing and cooking fresh, seasonal daytime dishes
* Working with local suppliers and produce
* Supporting menu development with creative input
* Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
* Assisting with prep, stock control, and kitchen organisation
* Participating in food events and community-focused activities
* Working collaboratively within a supportive team
Candidate Must-Haves
* Experience as a chef or strong professional kitchen background
* Passion for fresh, simple, well-made food
* Creativity and enthusiasm for menu input
* Positive, reliable, team-focused attitude
* Food hygiene knowledge (or willingness to obtain certification)
