Arla Foods actively seeking a Driver Trainer to work within the milk collection operation at the Inbound Transport Depot at Arla Foods, Burton.
Who are you?
* A motivated individual who has experience in driver training and also holds a HGV license.
* Enthusiastic about teaching others, able to find different ways to engage and educate.
* An excellent communicator, both verbally and in written form.
* Health & Safety orientated and looking to drive the H&S agenda on site.
* Fully literate in writing up Safe Working Practices and How to Guides.
* Fully IT literate with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
* Confident in presenting to groups in training scenarios.
* Beneficial Qualifications: RTITB trained in LGV Assessor Training, LGV Instructor Training, Yardshunter Instructor Training.
