Risk culture across a dynamic, multi-sector business spanning B2B and D2C. You will work with Senior and Risk Business Partners to identify, assess, and manage a broad spectrum of technology-related risks, including cybersecurity, data privacy, AI risk, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities:
1. You will build a holistic view of IT risk and control governance across Experian UK&I, including risk assessments, control gap tracking, technology lifecycle management, incident handling, supplier assurance, release management, and audits.
2. You will design, implement, and mature the ERM framework focusing on Technology, Information Security, and Operations.
3. Collaborate with engineering, data governance, compliance, legal, and operational teams to align risk management with business strategy.
4. Conduct independent risk assessments and support Risk Owners in defining risk appetite and mitigation strategies.
5. Promote the adoption and integration of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools and processes.
6. Facilitate risk governance forums and ensure stakeholder communication across Application, Infrastructure, Architecture, and Risk teams.
7. Monitor and report on key risk indicators (KRIs), incidents, and new threats using data analytics.
Proven experience in Enterprise or Technology Risk Management within financial services, banking, or a consulting environment.
Strong background in cybersecurity, information security, and regulatory compliance.
Experience working in a cross-functional and international team in a multi-vendor environment.
Experience in business analysis, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Familiarity with risk frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, and NIST.
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across complex organisations.
