Job Title: Senior Recruitment Support - Elderly Care
Salary: £30,000 - £33,000 (plus 10% SMART objectives based bonus paid quarterly)
Hours: Full-time

A little about the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
The Senior Recruiter will play a key role in shaping Jasmine's hiring strategy, leading recruitment for senior and specialist roles, acting as a trusted partner to the leadership team, and managing agency partnerships and PSL.

Day to Day Responsibilities for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
Senior Hiring:
* Own the end-to-end recruitment process for senior, niche, and leadership positions
* Partner with business leaders to understand needs, advise on hiring strategies, and influence decision-making with data and insights
* Proactively build and nurture talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting
* Ensure candidates experience a smooth, transparent, and positive journey
* Keep job descriptions and adverts relevant and enticing
Agency & PSL Management:
* Manage and develop PSL and agency partnerships, ensuring alignment with business goals
* Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees to maximize value while maintaining strong relationships
* Track performance and provide regular reviews to keep quality and efficiency high
* Act as the main point of contact for agencies and suppliers, ensuring consistent collaboration
Recruitment Strategy & Insights:
* Share market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and competitor insights with hiring managers
* Champion inclusive hiring practices and support diversity and inclusion goals
* Monitor key recruitment metrics to identify improvements and drive better outcomes
* Contribute ideas and initiatives to continuously evolve how we attract and hire talent
Essential Requirements for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
* 2 year's experience in a recruitment role
* 1 year's experience of recruiting for senior and leadership roles
* Experience managing PSLs and agency relationships, with strong negotiation and performance management skills
* Strong experience with direct sourcing tools and techniques
* Experience in working in a high volume, fast paced recruitment environment
* Experience of working with an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Preferred Requirements for the Senior Recruitment Support Role:
* Five years' experience of recruitment and direct sourcing
* Experience recruiting at senior level within both in-house and agency environments
* Background in managing executive search firms or retained search assignments
* Strong excel skills
