IMG are hiring Event Assistants to assist the Brand Experiences team with the operation of our hospitality activations during The Championships, Wimbledon 2026 – the IMG House and IMG Suite.
Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities
* Provide on‑site operational support; both at the IMG House and at the IMG Suite at the AELTC.
* Support the team with ad hoc event operation responsibilities. Examples include:
o Helping with the general event set‑up and breakdown.
o Ensuring the smooth running of programming at the IMG House.
o Liaising with the catering teams and front‑of‑house staff.
o Assisting with general household tasks.
o Restocking products throughout the IMG House.
o Inventory management to keep track of stock and replenish when required.
o Meet and greet clients and guests.
o Distributing tickets and accreditations.

Working Conditions
* This role will run from Thursday 25th June to Monday 13th July.
* Standard working hours are 8 am‑6 pm (hours may differ on some days due to evening events). A rota will be communicated before the start of the event.
