Description
Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery and equipment.
Identify and troubleshoot technical faults to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth operational flow.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and repairs.
Assist with the installation of new equipment and machinery.
Provide technical support during production shifts, including nights and weekends.Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
Experience working within the FMCG or a similar production environment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Knowledge of health and safety practices within an engineering context.
Willingness to work a 3 on 3 off rotating shift pattern, including days and nights.Job Offer
