We're seeking a strong, motivated Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a lively and well-established pub in the heart of the Cairngorms National Park. This is a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen serving elevated pub classics in a venue known for its atmosphere, reputation and consistently busy trade.
This role is ideal for a chef who enjoys volume, thrives in a close-knit team and is looking for a lifestyle change that combines solid earnings with one of Scotland's best outdoor locations.
On Offer:
£14.50 per hour, paid weekly
Great tips, paid weekly
Average 45-hour working week
Live-in accommodation available
Single room in shared flat
£60 per week (no dogs)
Small, strong and supportive kitchen team
Starters and desserts section as your core responsibility

Key Responsibilities:
Run starters and desserts to a consistently high standard
Work efficiently during high-volume services
Maintain excellent organisation, prep and section control
Uphold high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and food safety
Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture
