Job description: Mindplace Centre Manager
Location: Harrow, HA1 1BE
Type: Permanent
Salary: Starting from £47,700 plus DPE and benefits
Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours a week
Role Overview
As the centre manager for Mindplace, you will lead and own all Centre activities to optimise performance and ensure clinical governance processes are adhered to. Your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service, driving operational efficiency and sustaining business growth.
* Support the Regional Operations Manager with opening new Mindplace centres across the region.
* Lead and manage the commercial and business needs of the centre, maintaining client contacts and business relationships.
* Drive operational efficiency through effective utilisation and efficient scheduling of resources.
* Continuously pursue profitable growth, driving innovation and keeping the customer at the centre of all initiatives.
* Use insights from the Net Promoter System to continuously improve the customer experience.
* Own the local marketing plan alongside HSBC, raising the centre’s profile and converting leads into new business.
* Act as the operational lead for key corporate clients and support the Regional Onsite Manager with new business opportunities and service line developments.
* Analyse failure demand, customer satisfaction results, complaints and immediate feedback to identify root causes and implement timely remedial actions.
* Maintain and develop a robust and proportionate control environment to ensure all clinical staff adhere to professional and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC, HCPS, BABCP, CQQ).
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Healthcare management experience – mental health experience desirable.
* Strong operational experience with onsite corporate healthcare.
* Experience leading large teams and people management, with evidence of engaging and motivating staff.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees, colleagues, customers and corporate clients.
* Experience working in a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of the mental health or wellbeing industry.
* Proven track record of driving business performance and delivering results.
* Strong problem‑solving and project management skills.
* IT proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.
