This role plays a key role in delivering our core service values: SHOQS Simple, Honest, On-time, Quality Service. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to customers in person at the trade counter, as well as via telephone, email and webchat Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve complaints effectively ensuring a consistently high standard of service Support warehouse operations as required, including picking and packing stock and receiving incoming deliveries The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of customer experience across all channels. Proficient IT skills along with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
