Customer Communications Testing Analyst
The Role
We are seeking a detail driven and customer focused Customer Communications Testing Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for testing and validating customer communications across multiple channels, ensuring messages are clear, accurate, compliant and aligned with our brand values.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone from a CX or UX background who has hands on experience in testing and supporting change activity, with a passion for making a positive impact on how we connect with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
• Test and review customer communications including letters, emails, SMS and portal messages to ensure clarity, accuracy and compliance
• Work closely with Customer Experience, Operations, Compliance and IT teams to support change initiatives and deliver improvements
• Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring tone, style and content align with our values
• Identify and escalate risks, inconsistencies or errors, working with stakeholders to resolve them
• Keep accurate records of testing outcomes and contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes
About You
We are looking for someone who has:
• A strong customer experience background with proven experience in testing and change delivery
• Ideally experience within the insurance industry, although we are also open to candidates from other regulated industries with transferable skills
• Excellent attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills
• A customer first mindset with the ability to evaluate communications through the eyes of the customer
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Confidence working independently and collaboratively with cross functional teams
