We are now looking for a motivated Junior Sous Chef ready to step up and grow within a dynamic, professional kitchen. The Role As Junior Sous Chef, you’ll support the senior kitchen team in delivering smooth, high-quality service across all day parts. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your leadership skills in a high-volume environment while working alongside a team with Michelin-level experience. Key responsibilities: Supporting the Sous and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations Running sections confidently during busy services Assisting with prep, service organisation, and team coordination Maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met Supporting stock control and minimising waste Helping train and mentor junior team members What We’re Looking For We’re looking for a chef who is ready to take the next step and build a long-term career in a quality-driven kitchen.
