Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) – Solihull
Hours: 40 hours per week, Full-time
Role Responsibilities
* Upgrading and installing electrical systems and carrying out maintenance works
* Completing planned Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), inspections and fault finding
* Undertaking basic plumbing and fabric tasks as and when required
* Recording all activities, remedial works and inspection logs using PDA systems
* Delivering excellent customer service through strong verbal and written communication
Required Qualifications
* NVQ Level 3 certification in Electrical Maintenance / Installation
* Current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations Certification
* Must have completed the AM2 Competency Assessment
* Desirable: City and Guilds 2391-52 Test and Inspection qualification
* Desirable: ECS Gold Card Holder
Additional Information
* Role is working on behalf of the Government Home Office estate and requires completion of a security clearance check
* Candidate must be a UK resident with a minimum of 5 years consecutive residency
* Good IT skills are essential
