An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract Monitoring Officer to join the Non-Residential Contracts team.
Meet the team
The Non-Residential Contracts Team within the Strategic and Integrated Commissioning Service manages contracts with commissioned service providers in community-based Adult Social Care services supporting Lancashire citizens.
What would your day-to-day look like?
As a Contract Monitoring Officer, you will assist the Contract Assurances Officer in managing a portfolio of contracts including Domiciliary Care, Short-Term Care at Home, Short-Term Help and Support Services, Extra Care, Day Care, Carers, and Advocacy. Your responsibilities include analyzing intelligence regarding care providers, conducting on-site and online contract monitoring exercises, and building relationships with providers. Your work helps the team make informed decisions on contract performance and quality of care, addressing issues as needed and escalating contractual concerns to the Contract Assurance Officer.
