Panel Wirer Required to work for manufacturing company based in Woking, immediate start avialable for the right individual. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities of the role: Manufacture of control boxes and panels, wire assemblies in accordance with demand levels to suit Production and Spares requirements. Experience in the assembly and correct termination of cable looms and harnesses. Ability to read, interpret and follow diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, bills of material and other written or pictorial instructions/ procedures to accurately assemble products. Purchase Requisitions to enable the parts to be ordered in time and in the correct quantities. Ensure that goods received from suppliers correspond to those ordered and agreed with suppliers (correct parts, correct quantities, correct version status, correct labelling, and correct packaging). Escalate any supplier / subcontractor issues to the Cell leader/ Supply Chain department as required. Support and maintain storage systems for parts required. Set up and maintain suitable tooling and production equipment for the production of Panels & Boxes Manage the production of collection and labelling of parts to satisfy all Customer Spares Orders. Operate the Company's ERP (Winman and Fred) system to establish work plans, print out Parts Lists, Manufacturing Orders, and Shipping Lists etc as required.
