Duties
* Carry out vehicle servicing and repair work efficiently within manufacturer standards and timeframes
* Diagnose faults accurately and carry out repairs to the highest standards
* Communicate clearly with customers and colleagues regarding vehicle faults and repair work
* Advise customers on future servicing needs and potential cost savings through preventative maintenance
* Maintain accurate service records and document repairs performed
* Ensure the safe and professional handling of vehicles and equipment at all times
Requirements
* Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent)
* City & Guilds qualification or similar recognised certification
* Minimum of 1 year experience in diagnosing, servicing, and repairing motor vehicles
* Full UK driving licence
* Strong attention to detail, organised with a methodical approach to problem‑solving
* Good manual dexterity and the ability to work independently
* Excellent time management skills and a professional attitude
