Senior Forward Deployed Engineer – Post-Sales (UK, Remote)
Are you a hands-on engineer who loves solving complex problems and seeing your work make a real impact? We’re looking for a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to join our fast-growing, Series D-funded tech company transforming the insurance industry with AI.
This is a fully remote role in the UK, where you’ll work directly with customers, help implement cutting-edge solutions, and optimize workflows that change how insurance gets done.
What You’ll Do:
* Partner with technical teams to implement and optimize our platform for enterprise customers
* Collaborate across functions to deliver a seamless, high-impact technical experience
* Lead technical analysis, design, testing, and post-implementation support
* Drive process improvements and automation to make systems smarter and faster
What We’re Looking For:
* 5–8+ years in software or systems engineering, technical product/program management
* Experience in customer-facing technical roles
* Strong problem-solving skills with complex systems
* Coding expertise in JavaScript, SQL and Python
* Ability to coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams
