We have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Group Warranty Administrator to join our team based in Southampton. In this role, you will work as part of a team responsible for processing manufacturer warranty claims, ensuring claims are handled to the highest efficiency and required standards. You will also be an integral part in the continued developmentand deployment of warranty controls and processes at site level, delivering manufacturer warranty standards along with constant monitoring of their compliance. Your approach to warranty being fully aligned with that of Hendy Group Warranty, in maximising every opportunity within our workshop environments, whilst absolutely minimising financial risk during the warranty process, reimbursement and at manufacturer audits. Reporting to the Group Warranty Manager and working directly alongside our Assistant Group Warranty Manager, this represents a fantastic opportunity to progress your career both in the department and also within Hendy Group. The Opportunity: As an Experienced Group Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for: Ensuring full warranty compliance of presented repairs for claiming from our franchised sites prior to claim progression Confirming all submissions reflect the correct data, guaranteeing only accurate and fully justified claims are submitted within strict time limits Monitoring the uploaded quality and compliance of documentation from sites, along with requests from our manufacturers in relation to displaced material returns or scrappage (physical fulfilment fully undertaken by sites) On a daily basis acting on claim discrepancies from sites, along with required actions from our manufacturers in order to progress submitted claims to ensure successful and prompt payments Under guidance of the Assistant Group Warranty Manager, conduct site coaching along with continuous site development, undertaking manufacturer self-auditing with appropriate measured action plans instigated Maximising every opportunity for justified and full reimbursement from our manufacturers, whilst absolutely minimising all risk of financial losses both during the claiming process and as a result of manufacture auditing About You: We are looking for someone who is focused and self-driven with a proven motor trade background, previous experience in a similar warranty position and level being advantageous. Manufacturer-based training will be provided to ensure you succeed and excel in the position. Considering the nature of this role, its important that you have excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads to ensure time sensitive deadlines are met. When it comes to attention to detail, your approach must be meticulous and thorough with the necessary high core IT skills. In addition, you will need the ability to build excellent relationships (both internally and externally) with colleagues and our manufacturer partners and possess a positive attitude to problem solving.
