The Role:
6. Developing strong customer relationships to help them achieve desired objectives.
7. Owning entire customer journey, managing onboarding, adoption processes, and increasing product usage.
8. Responsible for 200+ client relationships with enterprise businesses globally.
9. Commercially driven with a focus on retention, renewals and ARR growth.
10. Acting as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, including support, sales, and product teams.
The Requirements:
11. You’ll need 3+ years’ experience in both Sales and/or Customer Success.
12. Experience working for an international SaaS organisation ideally a start-up.
13. You’ll need to be organised and experienced in handling a large portfolio of clients.
14. Passionate about customer care and motivated to deliver great client experiences.
