Founded in 1928, our client who work within the manufacturing sector, has seen continuous growth year on year. They are now looking for a keen and enthusiastic customer service adviser to join their expending team. This role will be to support an existing team of 3.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers via telephone, email and company portal
2. Dealing with general enquiries
3. Processing customer orders
4. Liaising with hauliers
5. Organising customer deliveries across the UK
6. Liaising with other deports to check stock availability
7. Keeping customers updated on order progress
8. Liaising with customers to forecast future orders
9. Preparing reports via excel
10. Some front of house reception cover when required
