This fantastic opportunity would suit candidates who have a strong understanding of the NEC form of contract who have worked for main contracting companies within the infrastructure markets.
Hybrid working is offered with this role but candidates must be happy to work from the clients office in Central London.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the commercial management of diverse rail infrastructure projects.
Supporting successful project delivery while ensuring compliance with contractual terms.
Engaging with supply chain partners and managing all costs related to projects as per contractual agreements.
Job Requirements:
Extensive experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within the rail sector.
Strong understanding of cost performance monitoring and contract administration.
Proficiency with NEC Contracts is essential.
Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with teams and stakeholders.
Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
Creative problem solver with the ability to manage conflicting priorities.
Proficient in using cost management software and tools.
