£16 - £20 Per Hour + Progression + Training + Overtime + Pension + 25 Days Holiday
Are you an experienced CNC Turner or Miller with programming skills looking to join a modern, fast-growing machining business?

The business specialises in high-quality precision machining and invests heavily in both technology and its people, creating a supportive and forward-thinking workshop environment.
In this role, you will set, operate, and programme a range of CNC lathes and machining centres using Fanuc controls. You will work on varied batch and precision components, maintaining high quality standards while contributing to a collaborative and motivated engineering team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced machinist with at least two years' experience, confident in CNC programming, and motivated to work within a modern, quality-focused environment.
The Role: * Setting, operating, and programming CNC lathes and machining centres (2-5 axis). * Working from engineering drawings to produce high-quality precision components. * Maintaining quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement within the workshop.
The Person: * Minimum 2 years' experience as a CNC Turner or Miller (essential). * Programming experience with Fanuc controls (preferred). * Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and keen to contribute to a growing business.
