Are you an experienced PA looking for a new opportunity in the fast-paced world of IT and Telecoms? We have the perfect role for you! Our client, a leading player in the industry, is seeking a dedicated and proactive PA to support their Managing Director. Join their dynamic team and take your career to new heights!



Key Responsibilities:



Managing multiple entities with ease, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.


Expertly managing the MD's diary, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling travel arrangements.


Taking accurate minutes during meetings and distributing them to relevant parties.


Acting as an office manager, coordinating administrative tasks and managing the office environment.


Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met.


Producing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations using MS Office suite, with an emphasis on Excel proficiency.



Salary and Benefits:



An attractive annual salary ranging from £50, to £60,, commensurate with experience and skills.


20 days of holiday allowance, in addition to bank holidays, for a healthy work-life balance.

Location and Accessibility:



Our client's office is located in Brentford, Middx, which offers a thriving and vibrant work environment. With nearby parking and excellent transport links, including Brentford train station just a short 10-minute walk away, commuting is a breeze.



Required Skills:



Proven experience as a PA or in a similar administrative role.


Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple entities effortlessly.


Strong diary management skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.


Excellent minute-taking ability to ensure accurate and comprehensive records.


Previous experience in an office management capacity, maintaining a smooth running environment.


Outstanding interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, suppliers, and team members.


Proficiency in producing professional documents and presentations using MS Office suite, with advanced Excel skills.
