Key Responsibilities
* Assist with managing vacation scheme applications and coordinating events, including booking rooms, speakers, catering, and social events.
* Maintain candidate database, update status and coordinate assessment centre logistics (booking partners, preparing timetables, ensuring rooms ready).
* Coordinate campus ambassador recruitment, onboarding and engagement activities.
* Support solicitor apprenticeship programme by managing applications, online tests and assessment centres.
* Manage university liaison events, budgets and outcomes for career events and workshops.
* Organise first‑year workshops, including advertising, selection and facility arrangements.
* Handle future joiner queries, pre‑employment screening, visa coordination and onboarding finances.
* Support diversity and inclusion initiatives, including scholarship interviews and workflow.
* Provide general administration: answering calls, invoicing and ad‑hoc duties for the Early Careers team.
Season Skills / Experience
* Minimum 12 months of office experience (preferably in early careers recruitment).
* Degree level education.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Experience in event organisation desirable.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and achieve results.
