This role is all about keeping our fleet operations running smoothly by staying on top of legal compliance, managing service levels, and making sure our customers stay informed and supported. Track compliance events across our fleet to ensure legal deadlines are never missed Keep customers updated on repairs, service bookings, and upcoming compliance events Work closely with internal teams and third-party repair agents to minimise downtime Capture, report and escalate key compliance data such as MOT, LOLER, and tank testing Maintain accurate records in our maintenance and reporting systems About You Were not looking for perfectionwere looking for potential.
