Compensation Analyst (M&I Project) - Contract! - Office Based (Inside IR35)

Overview: As a Compensation Analyst specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&I) projects, your primary responsibility is to analyse and evaluate the compensation and benefits structures of organizations involved in M&I activities. You will assess the impact of these transactions on existing compensation packages, provide recommendations for alignment, and ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM AND GERMANY EMPLOYMENT / COMPENSATION.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of compensation and benefits data for organizations involved in M&I projects to identify gaps, overlaps, and areas for improvement.
* Integration Planning: Collaborate with HR teams to develop integration plans for harmonizing compensation structures post-merger or acquisition, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
* Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, industry norms, and legal requirements related to compensation and benefits in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
* Recommendations: Propose and implement changes to compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness, equity, and alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
* Compliance: Ensure that all compensation and benefits practices adhere to local laws, regulations, and internal policies.
* Communication: Communicate changes in compensation structures effectively to stakeholders, including HR, leadership, and employees.
* Reporting: Generate reports on compensation analysis, cost implications, and integration progress to support decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
* Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in the context of M&I projects.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and market practices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
