International Recruitment Account Manager
Location
Andover, office-based role (this position is not remote). International remit.
Salary & Commission
£26,000£30,000 per annum basic salary, plus uncapped commission.
Role Purpose
This role is a client-facing, revenue-generating recruitment position focused on delivering UK and international recruitment solutions while actively growing the business through new client acquisition and account expansion.
The role is designed for a recruitment professional who is comfortable working from the office, operating across time zones, managing international clients and candidates, and taking a proactive, hunter-style approach to business development.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Account Management
* Manage and grow a portfolio of international clients, acting as the primary point of contact for recruitment requirements.
* Deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions for overseas and international roles, from job briefing through to placement and onboarding.
* Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders, including clients operating in security-sensitive environments.
* Provide market insight, candidate intelligence, and recruitment advice to support client hiring decisions.
