Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Ilkeston for a Training Engineer – Controls & Automation. The position involves designing, delivering, and supporting technical training programs related to control systems and automation. The Training Engineer will create training materials and conduct hands‑on training sessions for our engineers.
Qualifications
* Strong background in Controls Engineering, Automation Systems, and related technologies.
* Experience in creating and delivering technical training.
* Proficiency in troubleshooting, programming, and integrating control systems.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively deliver training to various audiences.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑based environment and independently as required.
* Adaptability to evolving technologies and a passion for continuous professional development.
* Prior experience in a similar role or related training experience is a plus.
* Relevant technical or engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
