Your main responsibilities will involve:
* Complex diary management
* Arranging meetings with clients
* Organising Travel and Visa
* Processing expenses
* Arranging conference call
* Working within a team of assistants and covering for absence
* Coordinating team events
Essential Skills:
* Previous experience working for an Investment Bank
* Previous experience working for corporate organisations
* Previous experience of working directly with external and internal stakeholders
* Sound knowledge of Outlook
* Flexibility and proactivity
* Good communication and organizational skills
