Job Description
3. Inputting payroll related data to the payroll system
4. Generating reports and maintaining the client schedule.
5. Processing of statutory related pay and deductions, including PAYE, National Insurance and Pensions.
6. Processing of company/statutory related pay and deductions, including SSP and SMP etc.
7. Ensuring accuracy within the payroll process and maintaining client communication and confidentiality throughout.
8. Calculation and processing of salary adjustments, back-pay, overpayments, and holiday pay.
9. FPS and EPS submissions, alongside P11Ds/payrolled benefits where needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounting & Finance professional should have:
10. Have experience working in payroll - Essential
11. Be up to date in UK payroll legislation
12. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to tasks.
13. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
14. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
15. Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
