This position works directly with families and individuals seeking assistance with their winter heating costs. Must be able to work with individuals in crisis, to resolve crisis. Responsible for completing intake and initial enrollment for client eligibility for TVCCA's Energy Assistance Program. This is a full-time, temporary position. 7 month assignment.
Required Skills
Associates Degree plus one year related work experience, or High School Diploma plus three years related work experience. Bi-lingual skills a plus.
