You will play a vital role in delivering high-performing, multi-channel acquisition campaigns that drive enquiries, brand consideration, and commercial growth. Working closely with the Acquisitions Marketing Campaign Manager, they will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery and optimisation of campaigns. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a marketer who takes ownership and gets things done.
This role manages the end-to-end planning, delivery and optimisation of acquisition campaigns, with a strong focus on Capex, tactical and local activity. It includes building and managing prospect email campaigns via the CRM, working closely with internal teams, regional and club stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. The role uses performance data, market insights and testing to optimise audiences, creative and messaging, supports underperforming or investment clubs with targeted activity, and provides clear reporting and budget tracking to drive continuous improvement.

About you:
* Degree qualified or equivalent marketing qualification.
* Proven experience in acquisition marketing, lead generation, or performance marketing roles.
* Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and campaign optimisation.
* Experience working with media and/or creative agencies.
* Confident using analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and reporting performance.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns.
* Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
