* Lead negotiations and secure high-value contracts with clients in the Automotive industry.
* Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team to ensure performance targets are met.
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences to enhance its market presence.
* Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on business development activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Director should have:
* A proven track record in business development within the Automotive or logistics sector.
* Strong commercial acumen and the ability to identify and secure business opportunities.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships.
* Experience in creating and executing strategic business plans.
