Territory Activation Executive – Aylesbury
Start Date: January 2026 or earlier
Compensation: From £40,000 base (depending on experience) + company car, fuel card, laptop, iPad, and benefits.

In this fast‑paced, field‑based sales role you will drive commercial success across your territory by building strong relationships with retailers, executing strategic plans, and identifying growth opportunities through data and insights.
To be considered, you must have a valid driving licence and the right to work in the UK. This is a fully field‑based position, requiring presence in your territory five days a week.
What You’ll Do
* Be the face of PMI and our innovative smoke‑free products in your territory.
* Drive sales performance and secure more space for our brands across independent retail customers.
* Negotiate contracts that drive retailer engagement and elevate brand visibility.
* Clear targets/KPIs, positively impacting business and the journey to a smoke‑free future.
* Build relationships to educate customers on our brands and new product opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with customers to add value to their business and make PMI their supply partner of choice.

Experienced Sales Professionals
