Paying up to £40k + Benefits + Parking Our client, a growing UK manufacturing business based in Greater Manchester are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Co-ordinator to support the planning, delivery and tracking of multiple client projects. This is a key position within the organisation, requiring strong communication skills, excellent organisation and a proactive approach to ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
This is an office-based role working Monday – Friday with a flexible start/finish.
THE ROLE
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects from order receipt through to production and delivery. Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating assigned projects from order confirmation through to production and delivery
Planning, monitoring and updating project schedules, actions and milestones
Communicating effectively with internal teams, suppliers and key stakeholders
Tracking project progress, identifying risks and responding to changing priorities
Maintaining accurate project documentation, reporting and records
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across processes and ways of working

Candidates must have:
Previous experience in a project co-ordination or similar role (essential)
Experience within a manufacturing or engineering environment (essential)
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
