Administrator required in Heathrow GVR Solutions are currently looking for an experienced Admin with progression opportunities with a growing construction company with a framework at Heathrow Airport. This is a really good opportunity to join a business that is fast becoming one of the most highly regarded building contractors at Heathrow. * £18ph - £19ph * 8 hour days Responsibilities will be largely based around obtaining passes and permits for numerous sub-contractors that come onto the site, with a view to the role expanding as the successful candidate becomes accustomed to the processes and procedures. * Responsible for the day to day project administration * Working closely the Project Managers generating reports * Issuing work permits * Document Control * Onboarding of new starters * Time sheet queries * Payroll * General Admin * Updating / collation of architect’s drawings on A-site * Manual filing of drawings * General office maintenance, IT issues, ordering of stationary * PPE dealing with administrative tasks Given the security measures at the airport requires lots of background checks completed in order for personnel to gain entry therefore the role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, who doesn’t mind picking up the phone in order to meet deadlines. * Fully DBS check would be required.
