Were looking for a skilled and customer-focused Electrician to join our Gas & Electrics team. Youll play a vital role in delivering a responsive repairs and maintenance service, helping to ensure our customers live in safe, compliant and well-maintained homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out electrical installation, repair and maintenance works in our homes.
- Diagnose faults and repair domestic electrical installations and appliances.
- Undertake complete rewires, meter works and appliance installations.
- Complete inspection, testing and detailed Electrical Installation Condition Reports.
- Use digital scheduling systems (e.g. PDA/mobile devices) to receive and complete work, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with other trades, colleagues, contractors and external partners.
- Communicate clearly with customers about required works, timescales and completed repairs, in line with our Repairs Policy.
- Act as a professional representative of Be One Homes when working in properties and on estates.
- Identify, report and share learning from Health & Safety issues.
