Recruitment Account Manager
Yeovil | Full-time | Up to £26, + uncapped commission
We’re hiring! An exciting opportunity has come up to join our busy and supportive team in Yeovil as a Recruitment Account Manager.

What you’ll be doing:
– Managing and nurturing existing client relationships
– Attending client meetings and understanding each client’s needs
– Sourcing and screening candidates through CV selection and interviews
– Matching the right people to the right roles
– Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
– Providing on-call support
– General admin to keep everything running smoothly

What we’re looking for:
– Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
– Strong admin and time management abilities
– Confidence on the phone and in person
– Computer literate with good attention to detail
– Full UK driving licence and access to a car
– Local to Yeovil with good knowledge of the area

– Basic salary up to £26, per annum
– Uncapped commission scheme – realistic OTE £30,+
– 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), increasing with service to 36 days
