Responsibilities
Provide a heartfelt, five-star welcome and oversee visitor management
Champion the feel and function of common areas - from lobby to cycle store
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure smooth hosting experiences
Support sustainability and safety across the building
Curate and maintain the occupier app for digital engagement
Share local insights to enrich visitors' experience
Forge trusted relationships with building users to understand their needs
Perform regular audits and uphold pristine presentation standards

Organised, proactive, and tech-friendly with fast typing ability
Able to work independently and manage changing priorities
